The Rio provided us with a room that was, I might say, the best, most spacious, and most well kept room we (my family and I) have ever stayed in. The shower and restroom was very clean. The tile work was nice. The shower glass was clean. They placed (at least in this room) the Costco-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash tightly fastened to the wall opposing the shower spout (which was nice).

The room was very large, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom area was extra large with more than enough storage space and had two bathroom sinks. The king size bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff, at the front desk, was professional, friendly and helpful. The WOW show in the Rio Casino, was discounted 50% for hotel guests, and was entertaining and definitely worth the money.

We were updated to the newly renovated rooms & the location was very close to all the attractions we wanted to do.

All in all, I really can not say anything bad about my recent experience at Rio Hotel and Casino. The property, staff, rooms and amenities (Gym only for me required) were all very nice. Read some bad reviews prior to going, which really had me a bit anxious, but I can honestly say, it was great.
